We got hold of a scathing email the thwarted murderer sent to Chaunce Hayden, editor of Steppin' Out. Seems Amy felt an article about her made her look like a bad person. Well, that or the fact that she shot a woman in the face whose husband she was sleeping with might have something to do with it..

The email:

"Chaunce, you obviously wanted to make me look really bad. That last photo speaks volumes. I am a kind person who was generous enough to give your publication an interview. Thank heaven these things are a flash in the pan. You are an evil man Mr. Hayden and I will be sure to let anyone I come in contact with in this industry know my experience with you. I have done many interviews, this has been the worst experience ever. You made me out to be a monster and I'm not and you know it. I'm just glad your magazine is very small and insignificant as it won't completely destroy my life. -- Amy Fisher"

Amy Fisher walks out on Howard Stern.

It looks like Amy Fisher can't take the heat.
She was invited on the Howard Stern show, and true to form she jumped at the chance to promote her sex tape. (She claims she has no idea how many copies have been sold, and has received no money from it...yeah right.)

The interview didn't last long. The first person to call in was Mary Jo Buttafuoco's daughter, and this proved too much for the Long Island Lolita. She refused to speak to her, and just got up and left. Watch the video here :)

It's pretty strange, she seems totally unprepared for the media exposure. On previous shows she has refused to talk about shooting Mary Jo, and actually got really irritated when people talked about it. It's pretty natural that people will ask her about it though...let's face it, that's why she's famous in the first place.

Joey Buttafuoco Sex Tape Released!

To recap: Auto mechanic Joey Buttafuoco had an affair with Amy Fisher, who was under legal age at the time. Fisher attempted to kill Joey's wife, Mary Joe Buttafuco, by shooting her in the head. The gunshot wounds left Mary Joe with permanent injuries, Fisher went to jail and Buttafuco served four months in jail for the statutory rape of Fisher.

After he left prison, he and Mary Joe separated, and Buttafuoco moved to Los Angeles to try to get into acting. He was able to get a few jobs but in 1995, he got into trouble when he hired a hooker who was an undercover agent and Buttafuoco was arrested and sent back to prison. When he got out, he opened a car repair shop and was busted for defrauding an insurance company. He was sent to prison for a year and had to give up his car repair license.

'Joey Buttafuoco: Caught on Tape' Will Be Available to Consumers in February

CHATSWORTH, Calif., Jan. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Red Light District, a leading production company that specializes in hard-core "gonzo" films, today announced it acquired the rights to distribute the Joey Buttafuoco sex tape that will be titled "Joey Buttafuoco: Caught on Tape."

Red Light District made the transaction with the tape's creator Adult Entertainment Director Rob Spalone. The amount and terms of the deal were not disclosed.
